Participate in our best golf/hockey camp yet! Just a short distance away (13 min. to be exact!) each camper will find themselves surrounded by the lush greens and beautiful clubhouse at the Clublink Course, Glencairn Golf Club. Here they will learn the fundamentals of the game, increase their existing skills and enjoy a cooked lunch each day in the air conditioned clubhouse. Indoor facilities and training rooms make inclement weather a non-issue. Golf instruction will take place from 8:45 - 12:15 with lunch to follow.
From there, campers will be transported back to Georgetown Mold-Masters Sportsplex, where they will take to the ice and be put through an intense 4 days of training to keep them sharp for the upcoming hockey season! This 4 day week is sure to fly by as campers are kept busy and focused on skill development during their entire 8:45 - 5:00 time with us!
We look forward to seeing many returning campers and welcoming new faces as well. **min. 15 campers for this program to run**

On-ice Focus: Ensure a significant physical and mental edge in the up-coming hockey season! Skaters will participate in a combination of power skating, technical skating skills, backwards skating, backwards cross overs, cross-cuts, offensive and defensive skills, scrimmage play, and game situational zones. Each skater will be encouraged to slow down, learn the proper techniques and movements of specific skills being taught and then be pushed to increase speed and power once mastery of the skill has taken place. In addition, skaters will work towards improving power, accuracy and control of the puck. Skaters will not only be taught various stick handling and shooting techniques - but will learn to improve timing and rhythm when carrying and shooting the puck.
